Minutes away from the hub of PEI, this is the perfect location for guests with families, couples who might want to enjoy a premium golfing experience, and honeymooners, and seniors.
In the area, you can enjoy the Fox Meadow Golf Course, incredible beaches in the Kinlock area, Tea-Hill park, safe walking and biking trails, and stores, groceries and restaurants minutes away.

With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms,, a private office,, a spacious living room and dining room, as well as a fully furnished basement, 2 patios and a 2 car garage, with space for more vehicles in our drive way.

The Space:
* All the furniture is new, all the mattresses, chairs, sofa, tables, desk, carpet, dressers, sheets, towels, pillows, dishes, lamps, clocks, TVs....everything!
* Entire home was renovated in July 2022.
* Freshly painted: walls, ceiling, closet places, bathroom...everywhere.
* There is a washer and a dryer in the basement, and we do supply detergent, fabric softener and dryer-sheets.
* There is a (free) wireless internet in the apartment. Password will be provided at check-in.
* Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including a coffee maker, a blender, tea kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, plenty of silverware, glassware, plates, pots and pans, mugs....
* In both bathrooms you will find clean towels, soaps, body wash and shampoo.
* We provide iron, iron board, hairdryer.
* One pack-and-play and one high-chair is provided.
* You will also find maps of the city, itineraries and any informative pamphlets.
Rules & Regulations
* NO NOISES (loud: voice, music, TV) after 10pm.
* ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR CELEBRATIONS at any time (day or night).
* NO SMOKING AND NO CANDLES (including the balcony)
* NO PETS at any time.
* We will also need the full names (no IDs are needed for them) of the other guests in your party, prior to your arrival, so we can have them on file. This will allow for smooth check in for your entire party and everyones movement around the entire property during your stay.
